ALEX GILBERT
Attorney
Alex joined D’Andrea Law Corporation in January 2017. He handles employment-based transactional cases. Alex also has extensive experience with family-based immigration matters, I-601/I-601A Provisional Unlawful Presence Waivers and U.S. Naturalization Applications.

Alex graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. He then attended the University of Texas at Austin School of Law where he gained valuable courtroom experience while participating in Criminal Defense Clinic, Juvenile Justice Clinic, and Capital Punishment Clinic. Alex worked for Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides free legal services to low-income residents in Central and Southwestern Texas. During this period, Alex handled a wide range of cases involving family, housing, wills and estates and immigration matters. He assisted many low-income individuals to navigate the complex legal system and obtained justice for those who have been unlawfully harmed.

Outside of the office, Alex enjoys spending time with his friends, playing sand volleyball and practice piano.
